  2. Plum Village Meditation Center - Thich Nhat Hanh’s retreat in France. Receives thousands of retreatants a year from all over the world. Run by sangha (community of practice) of about 150 monks, nuns and resident lay-practitioners.

  3. Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society - An outgrowth of the Stress Reduction Clinic, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the Center for Mindfulness is dedicated to the integration of mindfulness meditation practices into mainstream medicine and health care.
